Reading

Alright if you know me, you know that I am a huge fan of reading especially when it comes to children. I am happy to say that both of my children acquired the reading bug from me. Now that my son is old enough to be free while I take a shower, with of course his older sister watching him, I have been curious as to what he does during this time. I snuck of the bathroom and found both of them reading books. Surprise, surprise, surprise! I am not going to buy any more toys, just stick to buying books.

As you can see from the picture, my son has his own reading tent. My daughter got two tents for her 4th Birthday, so I put one in her room which houses all her baby stuff and one in my son's room that has a frog chair, some stuffed animals and lots of books. I can say to my son let's go read books and off he runs to his tent. I am really looking forward to the day that they can both read books to each other and to me.
