Do Over

Recently, I was asked if I would rather do middle school or high school over again.
The first thing that ran through my head was, "WHAT?" And then I thought, "Are those my only options, because I would rather not do either."
This question got me thinking about the memories that I have from both. After reliving some of them in my brain, I realized that I would do high school over a thousand times before I ever would do middle school. My memories of high school are of wonderful times about parties, games, cheer leading, camping, dances, dates and friends.
My memories of middle school are horrible. I can not think of a memory that is good. I have been up at night trying to think of why I do not have any good memories of those 3 years of my life and I have come up with one thing. The reason is a specific girl I went to school with. I will not name her, but she is still around Bham. She made my life hell in middle school. You might be asking why did she not make my high school years the same? Because she dropped out of high school because she was knocked up!
All I can say, is that what goes around comes around. My mother always said that she picked on me because she was jealous of what I had, my family and my friends. I look back now and see that that is true. She had a terrible home life, not many friends or good ones and she was unhappy.
All I can hope for her now is that she is happy and hopefully has created a family that she is proud of. No hard feelings here, I just want her children to be nicer than she was.
And to answer the question about doing school over, I would do college over a million times again. Those memories are much more pleasant than any memories from past school years.
