Chicken Soup

We ate at a restaurant last night where you get a big bowl of boiling water with a whole chicken in it. I think a Cornish game hen. It is stuffed with rice and then you add to the pot. My choices were noodles, cabbage,cucumbers, raddishes, garlic, peppers and a bunches s spices. I had to first break apart the chicken and pull out the bones. We had a choice of where to sit, at a table western style or on the floor. We sat at a table western style because if west on the floor my shoes had to come off. Trust me my shoes would have cleared the restaurant out fast! Great food and thanks goddess they brought spoons to the table, chop sticks would have not been effective for this meal. Now off to Jeju.
