Aquarium Trip

The children and I, along with our neighbor Judi and Andrew, made a trip up to Vancouver's Aquarium on Tuesday. We left around 10:30 and headed home around 3:30. At those times the boarder was easy, 10 minutes max. This aquarium was much better then the one in Seattle. There were tons of things to see and do. My son was in heaven running around the kids play area where they have fish tanks through out the play structure. There even was a Planet Earth 4D movie, but we had heard and saw parents coming out of the movie with their little ones crying, that it was a scary. This place puts the one in Seattle to shame. The admissions was about the same but parking was cheaper and easier. I would definitely go here again. They had a few exhibits closed for cleaning and some new ones in the works. I think that they are getting ready for the Olympics. They are adding a Northern Canadian exhibit, maybe walrus and polar bear! Can't wait to go again and see the dolphins, but that will have to wait for a rainy day. I hear they are coming so it may be sooner than later.
